At INTIMA Chocolates, we craft each piece with care, passion, and quality to deliver both taste and experience. As our chocolates are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered, but your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we’re always here to make things right.
1. No Returns for Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a chocolate pack has been opened, consumed, or tampered with in any way.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To process your complaint smoothly, please make sure to record a short video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify the issue and speed up replacements or refunds.
You must provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
• You received the wrong product or flavor.
• The chocolates were severely damaged during shipping.
• The product was never delivered due to our error.
Refunds are not available if:
• You changed your mind after delivery.
• The product was stored improperly (e.g., exposed to heat or sunlight).
• More than 24 hours have passed since receiving the package.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation message when your refund has been completed.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges due to the perishable nature of our items. If your issue qualifies for replacement, we’ll dispatch a new item at no additional cost.
